Following the selection of CV’s, we interview the majority of candidates prior to the reference checking process and security checks through the criminal records bureau. Some candidates will be interviewed via the internet and we also register/interview candidates during one of our regular open days at one of our offices.

Our aim is to deliver only three suitable candidates to a client. If we need to send many more than five candidates either we haven’t understood the job description correctly or the job description is materially different to the one given to us. It is therefore imperative that the job description is clear from the outset.

Another of our aim is that the candidate we find for you remains in the position as long as possible.
