Maid2Perction Terms & Conditions (Job Seeker/Employee) ( September 30th, 2014 )


1. Applicants need to bring a copy of their C.V, details of contactable references, a current form of photographic identification, proof of address, any evidence of Criminal Checks, and First Aid certification, to their interview.

2. Maid2Perfection™ reserves the right to de-register or refrain from registering applicants who:

 

  • Do not meet their selection criteria;

  • Do not turn up for interview times as arranged with either the agency which may result in a fee

  • being charged for the consultant’s time or a family;

  • Do not conduct themselves in a responsible and mature manner when undertaking babysitting sessions referred by Maid2Perfection™ or when meeting a potential clients.

  • Do not update Maid2Perfection™ on their current address and contact details.

  • Provides personal telephone numbers or contact details to clients in order to undertake babysitting sessions not booked through Maid2Perfection™.


3. All registered child carer’s must agree to allow Maid2Perfection to list a brief profile about them on our website. These profiles contain basic details about a child carer’s age, experience and qualifications. This allows potential clients to browse the childcare rs available and make an informed choice. Childcarer’s will be consulte d regarding the content of their profile.

4. Maid2Perfection™ do not directly employ carers – we are simply an agency who will refer carers to potential clients. We are not responsible for payment of carer’s wages, nor can we guarantee a set number of referrals. Babysitters are essentially self - employed and nannies employed directly by the client.

5. When a position is accepted, the carer will inform Maid2Perfection™ within 24 hours.Carer will also inform the agency if the family offer them extra hours which have not been previously agreed by Maid2Perfection™. Failure to notify Maid2Perfection™ of acceptance of a position or any work completed without prior notification could result in the carer being held liable for the fee applicable.

6. We may refer to you as a “Candidate”;this means a person introduced by the agency. The agency is acting as an employment agency.

7. Agency may contact the client via email with any relevant information at any time.

8. If a family do not pay the applicable fee before the carer starts work, Maid2Perfection™
reserves the right to stop the carer working for the family until the fee has been paid in full.

9. Should a dispute arise between the Agency and the Client, the Agency will require the candidate to be forthcoming with all information relating to the client and the appointment, be it verbal or written.
