• Representation of clients at offical goverment organisations – Conciliations and Arbitration. 

• Conduction of disciplinary hearings.

• Assisting and advising with disciplinary hearing, issuing of warnings , dismissals and retrenchments.

• Assistance in sending out a stand By Helper or a replacement helper, if need be

• Invitation of your worker to Rights and Responsibility workshops by the Agency in conjunction with the Department of Labour.

• Registration of the worker for retirement fund in Nigeria or contributory medical health care programm.

• Disciplinary code and procedures.

• Ill health incapacity hearings.

• Telephonic and e-mail advice and support.

• Registration (Employer and employees).

• Quarterly performance assessments.

• Monthly Pay Slip submission and administration
